Swedish Massage 

The most well-known form of massage therapy. It gently relaxes the entire body by combining various hands-on techniques, including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. It can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing,  loosening tight muscles and reducing stiffness, removing energy blockages within the body, and increasing blood and lymph circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage 

Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissues surrounding muscles). It is used for chronic aches, pain, and contracted areas such as stiff neck, upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Lomi Lomi Massage 

This traditional Hawaiian massage is a great choice for an exotic massage experience, or for a full body workover. Lomi Lomi is done on the entire body at once, including the underside of the body, using long flowing strokes from head to toe. The massage is usually in a medium-firm pressure; it can be deeper or lighter depending on your preference.

Couples Swedish Massage for Two  

A couple’s Swedish massage is a great way to relax and enjoy a full body massage with one therapist working on each person within the same beautiful massage room.
